What it does

Reflect is an open-source note-taking application for Mac and iPhone built around a user-selected folder of Markdown files. It opens to daily notes and supports wiki links, backlinks, tags, local search, browser capture, audio memos with transcription, and optional AI queries that cite source notes.

Notes remain usable outside the application, while the app adds graph-oriented navigation and related-note features. Users can keep content local, exclude private notes from external services, and choose iCloud Drive or Git/GitHub for synchronization and versioned backup. The repository documents downloadable Mac releases, an iOS beta, a Chrome extension, a CLI, and local source builds.
