What it does
SilverBullet is an open-source, browser-based personal knowledge database built around Markdown pages collected in a Space. Users can edit with live preview, navigate through page links and a page picker, create wiki-style bidirectional links, and use outlining and task features.
The application also includes a built-in database and query language, Objects and Queries, plus a Lua scripting environment for dynamically generating content, custom commands, page templates, and widgets. It runs as a standalone server, with the browser client served by that server, and can be built or deployed in Docker with a mounted content directory.
